What is a Personality? A personality defines how your bot behaves, responds, and interacts with users. It includes tone, style, knowledge areas, and behavioral patterns.

Step 1: Access Personality Studio

Navigate to Personalities
From your dashboard sidebar, click Personalities to open the personality management panel.
Create New Personality
Click the "Create New Personality" button to start building your bot's character.

Style Guidelines: The communication style determines how formal or casual your bot sounds, how long its responses are, and whether it uses emojis or other conversational elements.
