3.1 Age & Legal Capacity

  • Minimum Age: 16 years (or the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • Parental Consent: Users under 18 require verifiable parental/guardian consent
  • Legal Capacity: Must have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
  • Restrictions: Prohibited from use in jurisdictions where our Service is restricted

3.2 Account Obligations & Security

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Unauthorized Access: Must immediately notify us of any suspected security breaches
  • Account Sharing: Accounts are non-transferable and for exclusive use by the registered user
  • Third-Party Compliance: Must comply with Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Account Termination for Non-Compliance

Failure to meet eligibility requirements or maintain account security may result in immediate account termination without refund, regardless of subscription status.

  • Subscription Management: Billing, payment processing, and plan administration

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

  • Community Enhancement: Building engaging Discord communities with AI assistance
  • Educational Content: Creating educational bots and learning experiences
  • Entertainment: Developing entertainment and gaming-related bot features
  • Business Use: Commercial applications within plan limits and applicable law
  • Personal Projects: Individual creative and hobbyist bot development

5.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates UK law or international regulations
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, violence, or hatred based on protected characteristics
  • Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Harassment & Abuse: Stalking, doxxing, or systematic harassment of individuals
  • Intellectual Property Violation: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks
  • Malicious Activities: Malware distribution, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
  • System Abuse: Attempting to compromise, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure
  • Circumvention: Bypassing usage limits, security measures, or payment obligations
  • Spam & Abuse: Mass messaging, spam, or automated abuse of other users
  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit material or adult content accessible to minors

Enforcement & Penalties

Immediate Suspension: Severe violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice

Permanent Termination: Repeated violations or illegal activity will result in permanent account termination

Law Enforcement: Illegal activities will be reported to appropriate authorities

No Refunds: Violations resulting in termination forfeit all paid fees and remaining credits

Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for damages caused by violations

Premium Plan

  • Cost: £3.99/month (£47.88/year if paid annually)
  • Bots: 10 Discord bots
  • Credits: 2,500/day (auto-claimed)
  • Storage: 10,000 credit maximum limit
  • Welcome Bonus: 1,000 credits upon subscription
  • Usage: ~250 chat messages, ~166 TTS generations, ~125 Whisper transcriptions daily
  • Personalities: 10 stored personalities
  • Support: Priority email support (24-hour response)

Pro Plan

  • Cost: £7.99/month (£95.88/year if paid annually)
  • Bots: 25 Discord bots
  • Credits: 5,000/day (auto-claimed)
  • Storage: 20,000 credit maximum limit
  • Welcome Bonus: 2,000 credits upon subscription
  • Usage: ~500 chat messages, ~333 TTS generations, ~250 Whisper transcriptions daily

Enterprise Plan

  • Cost: Custom pricing

6.2 Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual subscriptions, billed in advance
  • Currency: All prices in British Pounds (GBP) including applicable VAT
  • Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards via Stripe payment processing
  • VAT: UK VAT will be applied when legally required (currently below VAT threshold)
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
  • Failed Payments: Service suspension after 7 days, termination after 30 days

Price Change Policy

Advance Notice: Price increases require 30 days written notice to existing subscribers

Grandfathering: Existing subscribers maintain current pricing for the remainder of their billing period

Cancellation Right: You may cancel before price increases take effect without penalty

7. Refund Policy & Consumer Rights (UK Compliant)

7.1 Standard Refund Policy

  • Eligibility Period: 7 days from initial purchase or subscription upgrade
  • Refund Scope: Full refund of subscription fees for current billing period

Refund Exclusions

Usage-Based Refunds: No refunds for partially used services or consumed credits

Violation Terminations: No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms violations

Chargeback Abuse: Customers who initiate chargebacks forfeit future refund rights

Repeated Requests: Multiple refund attempts may be considered abuse

8. Credit System & Usage Limits

8.1 Credit System Operation

  • Daily Allocation: Credits allocated daily at 00:00 GMT based on plan tier
  • Storage Limits: Maximum credit storage prevents system abuse and ensures fair usage
  • No Expiration: Unused credits remain in account up to maximum storage limit
  • Anti-Fraud: Unusual usage patterns trigger automatic security reviews
  • Real-time Tracking: Credit balance and usage statistics available in dashboard

  • Protection: All rights reserved under UK and international IP law

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create and upload
  • License Grant: You grant us limited license to process content for service delivery
  • AI Personalities: Custom personalities you create remain your intellectual property
  • Data Export: Right to export your data upon request

9.3 Third-Party Content

  • Compliance Obligation: You must have rights to all content you process
  • Copyright Respect: Must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • DMCA Compliance: We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
  • Reverse Engineering: Prohibited from reverse-engineering our software

IP Violation Consequences

Immediate Takedown: Infringing content will be immediately removed

Account Suspension: Repeated violations may result in account termination

  • No Professional Advice: AI output should not be considered professional advice
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for AI content published by your bots

10.2 Content Filtering & Safety

  • Safety Filters: Multiple layers of content filtering applied
  • Continuous Monitoring: Ongoing improvement of safety measures
  • No Guarantee: Filters cannot guarantee 100% harmful content prevention
  • User Controls: Additional safety controls available in dashboard

No Endorsement: AI-generated content does not represent our views or opinions

Verify Information: Always verify important information from authoritative sources

Professional Consultation: Seek professional advice for important decisions

User Accountability: You are responsible for moderating and controlling your bot's output

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by You

  • Account Cancellation: Cancel subscription anytime through dashboard
  • Service Continuation: Access continues until end of current billing period
  • Data Export: 30-day window to export data before deletion
  • Auto-Renewal Stop: Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals

11.2 Termination by Us

  • Immediate Termination: For severe violations or illegal activities
  • Notice Period: 7 days notice for non-urgent violations
  • Legal Violations: Immediate termination for illegal content or activities
  • Payment Failures: Termination after 30 days of failed payments

11.3 Effects of Termination

  • Data Deletion: All account data deleted within 30 days
  • Bot Deactivation: All Discord bots immediately deactivated
  • Credit Forfeiture: All remaining credits and refunds forfeited
  • Survival Clauses: IP rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive

Data Recovery Period

30-Day Grace: Deleted data may be recoverable for 30 days after termination

Recovery Fee: Data recovery may incur administrative fees

Legal Retention: Some data retained longer for legal compliance

12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

12.1 Service Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Basis: Service provided without warranties of any kind
  • No Uptime Guarantee: No guarantee of uninterrupted service availability

  • AI Accuracy: No warranty regarding accuracy or reliability of AI output

12.2 Limitation of Damages

  • Maximum Liability: Limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months
  • Excluded Damages: No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Business Losses: No liability for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-Party Claims: No liability for claims arising from third-party services
