Why Friendify is becoming a parent company
Friendify started as one product. It is becoming the company behind several. Here’s what changes, what stays, and what comes next.

Friendify Ltd
Friendify isn’t a product. It’s the ground our products grow from.
Friendify Ltd is the company behind every product we make. Each has its own name and team; underneath, they share one root: our engineering, design, safety and operations.
02 — What we do
Craft, end to end.
All capabilitiesFrom conversational AI to 3D on the web, the same team designs, builds and runs every product: ours and our partners’.
- 01
Conversational AI and agents
Assistants and agents that answer questions, take actions and know their limits. We design the conversation, connect the tools and measure what matters. - 02
Voice AI
Natural voices, low latency and careful turn-taking. We build voice agents for phone lines, apps and community voice channels. - 03
Product engineering
Web and mobile products built to last: fast, accessible and easy to change, from the first prototype to the thousandth release. - 04
Community platforms and bots
We have run bots in busy Discord servers, so we know what communities put up with and what they love. - 05
3D and interactive web
Real-time 3D and motion that serve the story and still load quickly on an ordinary phone. - 06
Product design and brand
Research, interface design and brand systems, made by the same team that builds the product.

03 — How we work
Four steps, no surprises.
Clear briefs, small releases and honest updates, whether we’re building for ourselves or for you.
Step 1
Discover
We start with the people who will use it: interviews, data and a clear definition of success.
Step 2
Design
Prototypes before promises. We test the riskiest ideas first, with real people wherever we can.
Step 3
Build
Small releases, often. You see working software every week, not a slide deck at the end.
Step 4
Grow
Launch is the start. We measure, learn and keep improving, or hand over cleanly if you’d rather run it yourself.
04 — The company
A London company with a long view.
Friendify Ltd was founded in 2025 and is registered in England and Wales. We keep the company small and senior, so every product gets the attention it deserves.
